Circe is just the cutest thing. Oh, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how you planted your herbs in recycled wooden boxes!
ReplyDeletegrace-dieu is the perfect crate-phrase for a determined garden, isn't it? mine needs similar divine favor; our lavender is on its last legs, i fear. hello, pretty circe! i hope you had good lump-news!
ReplyDeleteI love your planter boxes and your cute little dog!
ReplyDelete@ lauren - i think i killed my lavender. it feels awfully dry. i tried chopping it all down to a stump and i'm just crossing my fingers that it will revive on it's own. i do not have a green thumb.
ReplyDeleteand circe is lumpy but cheerful! the doc put her on some antibiotics which seem to have made a huge difference because she's definitely feeling more like herself.
your work room still looks great. love how all the tags are organized & so colorful!
ReplyDeleteI think your work room is so organized! My desk never looks that great.
ReplyDeletewhat i would do to be able to jump in that bed to curl up with Circe. of course she'd last a minute once i wrapped my arms around her, but i can dream.
ReplyDeleteNot for a second do I believe your work room was disorganizes.
ReplyDeleteYour workroom looks great! (You should see mine... yikes!)
ReplyDeleteLovely photos! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat are the terracotta vessels in your balcony garden? I am SO curious...
ReplyDeleteoh i love your workroom space!!

Your pup is so cute! She makes the bed look like heaven and I just want to jump in.
ReplyDeleteCirce is so expressive!! I love the blanket he's on in the first image.
ReplyDeleteAnd I love your plant boxes too.
Happy week, Rachel!
Oh my goodness! That last shot is too adorable! :)
ReplyDeleteI love fox terriers!
ReplyDeleteYou seem to accomplish a lot during the weekends (congrats!) -- Do you ever have to bring work home and have it take up some of your personal time?
ReplyDelete@ Ms. Jennifer - I would LOVE to say that I never work on the weekends. In one sense, it's true - I rarely bring home work-work on the weekends because I work in a lab and that doesn't come home with you. But I do have to squeeze in at least 10 hours of work for the shop each weekend, in order to keep up. I try to combine it with something fun, like catching up on TV series with D or listening to the radio. But it is still work.
ReplyDeleteAh, great point about the shop! Even creative/fun work is "work".
ReplyDeleteThis further confirms my belief that you're truly a master of time management. If you ever write a post on prioritization (kind of like the DIY wedding/100 Layer Cake post) it could become my 'new rules to live by'!
Thanks for the reply!
those little squares of color really grab me!
