Happy Halloween! I'm celebrating with these amazing pumpkin cupcakes.
I made them in the mini size, partly because they're easier to share, and partly because I find the ratio of cream cheese frosting to cupcake to be ideal.
Anyone dressing up this year? What costumes did you find?
Also, I know I'm mean with the Friday teasers, but I just can't help it. I'll be back on Monday with a very special (and kind of long!) post.
Those look so good!
ReplyDeleterachel- you always post something that makes me want to forget whatever else I was planning to do today- and just make good food. (or sew up a cute gym bag)

ReplyDeleteyummy!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese cupcakes look great. But I have a question: can I use real pumpkin insides instead of the canned stuff. I have a couple pumpkins left over from Halloween that I never got around to carving because I was to busy finishing the sewing of my costume & I'm trying to find recipes to use them up.
