It seems a bit ridiculous to call it a season, since between the two family trees we basically have them year round. But I still like to see the babies coming up.

I have a big bag waiting to ripen (at the beginning of the season, the avocados take longer to ripen - usually at least two weeks) and I'm looking forward to avocado toast and avocado quesadillas and guacamole, of course.
pretty please send some my way? they are $2 a piece at the store!!
ReplyDeleteI've never had an av right off the tree...they look amazing!

You are so lucky to have an avocado tree. One of my favorite snacks is a sliced avocado with sea salt and truffle oil. It makes me feel really glamorous!
ReplyDeleteavocado trees are such attractive trees and fruit too! I have a whole bowl of fake but very realistic avocados that i keep in my kitchen, so I can have them on display all year round!
