Take note

We survive on lists around here. I'm fairly loyal to Moleskine, although I will write on anything handy, including the backs of receipts. D goes between Moleskine and Rhodia.

But maybe it's time to switch?

I love the simple, retro design of Field Notes memo books (their site is amazing as well) but I wish they had a few more sizes. Hopefully they're in the works.

  1. Oooh, I like these. I like that natural brown paper thing no matter what, but that it actually says "Field Notes" is pretty awesome.

  2. I love the European leather agendas, with single cards. My father-in-law has one. I love the one a day sort of notes. Those are wonderful

  5. I use Moleskine and, when I can get my hands on them, these marbled notebooks I buy from a paper shop in Ireland. But these are lovely!

  6. Hear, hear to the moleskine love. I have been keeping an eye out for a new notebook for the new year, but I keep coming back to the classic. Those Field Notes are charming, though, and if they had more sizes they might be able to tempt me away from my usual.

  10. My lists are all on the back of envelopes. Maybe I would take them more seriously if they were in notebooks?

  11. I'm a list-maker too, but I like having lists I can take with me, not just leave in a book. this is what I'm using now: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=34789810
