{sunday morning}
Strong tea with milk + a good book + what used to be a cinnamon roll.
{embroidery thread}
Playing around with a new project.
{cutting mess}
Experimenting with knits for the first time (not as scary as I thought it would be).
I always feel like weeks should really be 8 days long, and then if I worked for 4 days and stayed home for 4 days, I would get so much more more done. Someone get on this, please.
I love the photos and am quite intrigued with the project.
ReplyDeleteOooooh, that first photo is so easy on the eyes!
ReplyDeletei second that motion. four on, four off.
ReplyDeleteor maybe even three on, four off. i'm easy. ;)
cant wait to see more of your project - that shot of the embroidery thread looks so pretty!
I'm all for the 8 day week! I love the picture of the rainbow of threads, can't wait to see what you whip up :-)

ReplyDeleteLove the photos, the top one especially! Oh Sundays, they're so lovely aren't they?
ReplyDeletePretty pretty pictures. I like your little tea set! I have always been a big proponent of the four-day weekend. This NEEDS to happen.
ReplyDeleteLove the orange ranunculus! I picked up a few of the same yesterday at Trader Joe's.
ReplyDeleteI am totally signing the petition for 4 day work weeks. Love the pleasant pictures too!
ReplyDeleteYou are preaching to the converted, I have been trying to rally behind the word day work week for awhile now. I was feeling super sad this morning, like where did my weekend go?!?!?
ReplyDeleteAlso, very jealous of you perfectly color coded embroidery threads.
I've been trying to find a decent (ie bill-paying) part-time job for about the last 4 years, so I can do just that. Not managed to pull it off yet though.
ReplyDeleteThe first photo is perfect. It makes me long for the weekend. I hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteYour photographs are beautiful, I love the first one!
ReplyDeleteYour 8 day week is brilliant! I always thought an 8 day week would make life much more manageable. I thought we would still work 5 days and then get three days off but I like your idea much better!
ReplyDeletegreat pics. first one makes me want tea & a cinnamon roll. the second has such lovely colors!
ReplyDeleteEven four on three off would be lovely. LOVELY. I can't even begin to not think about work until I've been gone three days.
ReplyDeleteKnits are so yummy.
Love your photos .. especially that top one. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThose are truly inspiring photos!
