Friday flowers

More ranunculus for me this week. I splurged on three bunches in different colors (still only ended up being $9 total).

I love their ruffled petals, but I also love the delicate windy stems. They manage to be sparse and lush at the same time.

    You get some really wonderful light in your house. I feel like I have to struggle to find good light for pics in my house.

    Ahh, so nice to have flowers in the house. I got some tulips with pretty ruffled petals yesterday and even though I haven't done any cleaning my living room automatically looks nicer. : )
    I agree with Hannah too - very good light in these.

    i keep giving the ranunculus the eye when i see them at whole foods. they have the loveliest, most rascally shade of purple this week...and they're $9 for a wee bundle. i might have to get them anyway.
