Cake day

I'm not doing this today, but rest assured that I'm taking a rain check and I fully intend to cash it in later. Eating birthday cake is one of my great joys.

Today we're driving up to Santa Barbara so I can stand up with one of my dear friends (from high school!) as she gets hitched. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather!
