I can go to the bakery and pick out an enormous slab of the most garish cake they make and then bring it home and eat the entire thing by myself, in bed. And call it lunch.
and that is why you are amazing!

ReplyDeleteGrowing up, we were always allowed a slice of birthday cake for breakfast on the day following our birthday. It was always a huge treat! It's a tradition I've continued into adulthood :)

ReplyDeleteThat is one of the best things about being a grown-up. I have been eating Nutella sandwiches several times a week recently, sometimes even twice a day. The only shame is that as an adult I am fully aware of the consequences of indulging :(
