Dreaming

It is gray and cold and drizzly today. I would be perfectly happy if I could stay home and read in bed. And I would be even happier if I were curling up under this blanket.

Photos are from Wallter Fold Bedding

The bedding is wool flannel and the stripes are actually contrasting overlock stitching, so it's textured. Yum.

  1. I feel the same way about staying in bed today. If I stayed in bed, I would read a book. A good book. A thick book.

  10. Gorgeous! I LOVE the color grey (is grey even a color?), and those pleats are just perfect. I wish I could curl up on that bed and read through the last issue of Domino. :)

  12. Grey and drizzly, indeed.
I should like some Radiohead and a newspaper to accompany me beneath that blanket.

  13. Oh I almost forgot! I've not tried the Astara moisturizers but I HAVE tried their masks and they're awesome. And the scrub really can't be beat---it's a must have!

Lately I'm liking clinique moisture surge for moisturizer. it has a light gel texture so it doesn't feel all greasy, but it really does leave your skin feeling quenched and incomparably soft!

  15. What a creative bedding idea! That is awesome! I bet someone could even use that idea and sew ribbons on pillows and duvets to get a similar look for not too much $$$. Too bad I don't have a sewing machine.

  17. I love this on several levels. First, we're in need of a new duvet cover - the one that I bought is a NA queen, while the blanket I bought is a european queen (i.e., considerably smaller) - my bad. In any case, I've been laboring over how to get past the fact that fabric is usually too narrow to make a duvet out of without seams, but this method would hide the seams perfectly :) Thanks for posting it, otherwise, I might never have run across it!
