I love flowers. Loooove flowers.
But sometimes it's nice to let the green bits play the starring role.

Go take a look around this weekend. You might be surprised (and delighted) by all the different shades of green you'll find.
{Photos clearly not taken in my dinky apartment - this is my parents' lovely kitchen}

ReplyDeleteCool beans about the pesto- I found it last week on an Oprah show about eating healthy on a budget, they had a ton of great recipes! I'm excited to try more after last night's success :).
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
Very pretty! I made cornbread muffins with your recipe yesterday and they were really good :)
ReplyDeleteOoh, very cute + fresh! Sidenote: please tell your parents they have *beautiful* countertops!!
ReplyDeleteI like mixing different greens together. One time for a dinner party I was hired for was an Italian theme so I added a bunch of greenery of different shades, artichokes and black olives. It was really neat. I like how you added the green to the white vase. I like it!! Have a golden weekend Rachel! xoxo
ReplyDeleteLove the vase and the idea of just showing off the greenery. Beautiful.
