Savoy cabbage. Classy pup.
I was being mean here and trying to get a good picture of her patiently waiting for a bite of cabbage and she finally lost it and jumped up and snatched it right out of my hand, nearly taking out a couple of fingers in the process. She is nothing if not enthusiastic.
ha! classy indeed.
ReplyDeleteYour pup has amazing taste. I love savoy cabbage SO much! Yum.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute pup! My dogs would look at ANY greens disdainfully and then push it away with a paw.
ReplyDeleteI love Circe!
ReplyDeleteI recently discovered how delicious savoy cabbage is as well, so I don't blame her.
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh! what breed is circe? my dog looks very similar in coloring but we don't know what breed he is exactly because we adopted him from a shelter. he's listed as a poodle-terrier mix.
ReplyDeleteHi, Jessica! Circe is a wire-haired fox terrier, so that might be what your pup has! Is he also stubborn and willing to eat nearly anything except dog food?
DeleteHe eats absolutely everything! He's so funny though, he does seem to prefer our food. He won't touch the food in his bowl until he knows he won't get anymore from us. And then it's gone in about 20 seconds. :)
DeleteHa! Terriers are the best, I think. Although I always think whatever dog we have is the best. But we've had two wire haired fox terriers and I've been obsessed with both of them.
DeleteThanks, guys! You know I'm obsessed with her. : )
ReplyDeleteTerrier leaps are one of the cutest and funniest thing in the entire world.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Our dog gets ANGRY if you offer him citrus. It must be the bitter smell of the rind - ? But he'll bark and if you don't back off he makes like he will attack. Who knew an orange could be so scary?
ReplyDeleteThis is so funny! We do peel Circe's oranges for her. She's spoiled. She won't touch whole oranges but the second she sees you peeling one she comes running and begs for a slice.
Deleteadorable!!! considering that the only citrus i'm eating lately consists of pricy blood oranges, it's probably best you switched to cabbage. xo
ReplyDeleteHa! We're lucky because Circe is happy with standard navel oranges, and we have a whole tree full of them in the backyard. Makes it much easier to support her habit.
DeleteMy dog hates his treats, I have no idea why. He's sort of one of those chill dogs.

ReplyDeleteHow funny, your dog loves cabbage! Not the average pup, then...
ReplyDeleteoh my, this is one of the cutest things I've ever seen! (: My dog goes crazy for apples, but it's definitely not as classy :D
