Both 18" and 24" are divisible by 1, 2, and 3, so either way you cut you shouldn't end up with scraps. Does that make sense? I see the strips in the pictures, but wasn't sure how long the strips should be. You said the paper is 18x24, so do you just cut 1", 2", or 3" x 18" across? Then when you have the strips, you cut them into 1", 2", or 3" squares?
